HILLZ KIDS

HillzKidz is designed to help kids know God, build strong friendships, and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment. Each week, children take part in engaging Bible teaching, creative activities, and meaningful moments that help them see how faith connects to their everyday lives.

 

HillzKidz runs Tuesdays from 6:15–7:30pm for children in Kindergarten through Grade 5 (ages 5 and up).

 

The program runs from September to May and follows ASDE school closures.

WHAT WE TEACH

 

At HBC, the goal is for kids to discover who Jesus is and how He can make a real difference in their lives, all while having lots of fun along the way. Each week includes high-energy activities that get kids moving, laughing, and working together, along with creative crafts and hands-on experiences that bring lessons to life.

 

Your kids will experience age-appropriate, interactive lessons that teach them about God and His love in ways that connect with different learning styles, helping every child engage and understand in their own way.

 

Through engaging Bible stories and Bible Adventures, kids learn God’s truth in a way they can understand, along with simple, meaningful Bible verses they can carry with them every day.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Rotations

Each week, kids explore a new Bible story through four fun and engaging rotations designed to help them learn in different ways.  Rotations include gym and snack time, worship, creative crafts, and an interactive Bible lesson.

Safe Environment

We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for every child. All HillzKidz leaders and volunteers are trained, background checked, and dedicated to helping children feel cared for, included, and valued each week.

Simple Teaching & Real Life Examples

Kids learn how to live out their faith at home, at school, and with their friends in practical, everyday ways. They discover how much God loves them, how to make good choices, and what it means to follow Jesus with kindness, confidence, and compassion.
